Wednesday, October 6, 2010 ~ 11:56 PM I'm going to be doing a Quentin Tarantino film festival. My three posters will feature the films Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, and Inglourious Basterds. I'm going for a slight minimalist look... similar to the television posters designed by Albert Exergian (I'll be adding more elements though). Here are some examples of this: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() For Pulp Fiction I want to reference the scene when Mia tells Vincent to not be a... ![]() For Kill Bill I want to reference the scene where beatrix kiddo is in the PussyWagon, unable to move her legs, she tells herself to wiggle her big toe. ![]() And lastly, with Inglourious Basterds the poster will feature the last scene of the movie. I don't know if the GIF animation is going to load or not but if it does... it is a bit gorey so just skip it if you don't want to see a swastika carved into someone's head. ![]() I might have quotes attached with each movie poster if the imagery is too obscure. for instance Pulp Fiction - " Don't be a..." Kill Bill - "Wiggle your big toe" Inglourious Basterds - "This just might be my masterpiece". |
